Terms of Service

Effective 5 October 2026

These terms govern use of the private Scottie D Plays TikTok Overlay at tiktok.sdhome.online. The application is maintained for the operator's own broadcasts and is not open for public accounts.

Permitted use

The operator may use the application to display TikTok LIVE events, alerts and viewer totals in OBS. Access credentials and tokenized overlay URLs must be kept private. The application must not be used to violate law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights or another person's privacy.

Third-party services

TikTok and EulerStream are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. They may change, suspend or limit access, which can affect this application.

Availability and warranty

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free data. Livestream events and viewer totals may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable because of network or platform conditions.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the application changes. Questions can be sent to admin@sd-nerd.co.uk.
