Privacy Policy

Effective 5 October 2026

This policy describes how the Scottie D Plays TikTok Overlay at tiktok.sdhome.online accesses and processes information. It is a privately operated streaming utility, not a service offered for public registration.

Information accessed

• Public TikTok LIVE room events for the owner's account: display names, profile pictures, chat, gifts, follows, shares, subscriptions, like totals and viewer totals.
• Overlay settings and uploaded sounds.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate the owner's OBS overlays, stream alerts, chatbot effects and viewer counter. It is not used for advertising, profiling, credit decisions or sale. It is not shared with third parties except requests necessary to connect to TikTok LIVE through EulerStream.

Storage, protection and retention

Settings and the latest follower / gifter names are stored on the operator's private home server. Chat is not logged. Access to administrative functions is password protected and OBS connections use a separate access token. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, deletion and contact

To request access or deletion, or with any privacy question, email admin@sd-nerd.co.uk. This policy may be updated when the application changes; the effective date above will be revised.
